    Mr. O’Malley is a lifetime resident of New Jersey who presently resides in Ocean County with his wife and five children. Such time as he has which is not spent working or taking care of family matters is spent in service to the community, particularly in the area of youth athletics.

    Before practicing law, Mr. O’Malley worked for the Ocean County Probation Department, and rose to the middle management level before leaving that agency. His work history also includes service as a Special Agent for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. These experiences provided a unique look at the inner workings of the criminal justice system that has been useful in the representation of criminal defendants.

    Mr. O’Malley has handled a wide variety of criminal matters in the Superior Court as well as in the Municipal Courts.  This includes successful defense of charges of drug possession;  drug distribution;  possession of drugs with intent to distribute; armed robbery; burglary and theft; conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.
